He is survived by: his wife Faye Petty Proctor of Charlotte, TN; his children, Eric Dwayne Proctor (Kristie) of Ashland City, TN and Alisa Ann Proctor of Ada, OK; his siblings, Paul Proctor (Donna), Judy Ray (James) and Vivian McIntosh (Tom) of Charlotte, TN; his grandchildren, Erika Lingner, Andin Mayuric, Adam Dwayne and Gage Kennion; and his great grandchild Maci Faye.
