He is survived by: his fiancée Connie Ware; his children, Johnny Ware, Tony Pentecost, Tommy Pentecost, Travis Pentecost, Vicky Ware and Terri Pentecost; his siblings, Frankie Parker (Kim), Todd Biggs and Belinda Kirk; his grandchildren, Charlie "Boo Boo" Cox, Nathan Callis, Andrew Donald, Selena Lugo, Bryson Ware, Alicia Ramirez, Baby Johnny Ware, Jr., Karina Ramirez, Julian Ware and Jaylin Ware; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Callis, Jr., Alyia Cox, Chayse "Booki" Callis and Willow Lugo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and grandchildren; and other extended family.
