He is survived by: his wife Anna Rackley; his sons, Kevin Rackley (Amber) and Troy Rackley (Jessica); his siblings, James Rackley of Copperas Cove, TX, Paul Rackley of Copperas Cove, TX, Mace Rackley and Darlene Rackley; his grandchildren, Zach Moore, River Rackley (Haley), Rylee Rackley, Justin Rackley, Amber Rackley and Aidan Rackley; and his great grandchild Sabree Rackley.
