He is survived by: his wife Barbara Allen; his sons, Randy Allen (Amy) and Robert Allen (Shannon); his grandchildren, Carrie Ptak (Tommy), Kayla Allen, Peyton Allen, Dylan Allen, Zack Allen and Mason Allen; and his great grandchildren, Little T. Ptak, Layla Allen and Kash Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
