She was predeceased by: her husband Rex Blakely; her parents, Charles Sadler and Roselee Sadler (Morrow); and her daughters, Dawn Earps and Jennifer Booth.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael "Mickey" Blakely (Lisa) of Murfreesboro, TN, Timothy Blakely (Vickie) of Dickson, TN and Johnathan Blakely of Charlotte, TN.; her daughter-in-law Mary Blakely; her granddaughter Elizabeth Blakely; her great grandchild Layne Earps; and her brothers, Malcolm, Charlie, Grant, Gene and Jimmy Sadler.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to Alzheimer's Association.
