She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Spann (Mike) of Charlotte, TN; her grandchildren, Andrea Spann, Aaron Spann Charlotte and Alex Spann (Genny) of Charlotte, TN; her great grandchild Ruby Spann; and her husband John Fizer. She is also survived by Her numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
