She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Nealy; her parents, Tom Meadow and Mildred Meadow; and her siblings, Wilbur James Meadow, Joy Meadow House and Nancy Meadow Royster.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Nealy (Linda), Lisa Wesley (Raymond), Cliff Nealy (Bobbi Jeanne) and Lea Ann Walker (James); her grandchildren, Amy Oldham (Len), Stephanie Ingram (Clyde), Meridith Starling (John), Paul Nealy (Brooke), Rebecca Yusko (Justin), Wilson Nealy (Carly), Wesley Nealy, Nealy Walker, Natalie Walker and Nicole Walker; her great grandchildren, Mason, Jack, Sam, Owen and Nealy Grace; and her brothers, Dick Meadow (Sue) and Jimmy Ann Meadow Roberts.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation or the Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort.
