It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mack Edward Pilkinton of Charlotte, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Pilkinton and Sara Jean Head; and his sisters, Gloria Pilkinton and Jeanette Head. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hamm Pilkinton of Charlotte, TN; his children, Jason C. Pilkinton (Danielle) of Charlotte, TN, Amy Pilkinton Ashby (Dennie) of Florida and Tracy Pilkinton Rampaul (Tim) of Dickson, TN.; his brothers, Mark Pilkinton of Florida, Michael Pilkinton of Nashville, TN and Alvin Head of Georgia; his grandchildren, Quinton Rampaul, Cody Rampaul, Chase Rampaul Katie Rampaul, Drew Simms (Charlie), Carlie Long (Bob), Dylan Young, Cameron Young, Paige Pilkinton Cade Pilkinton, Jace Pilkinton, Jordan Winfrey and Megan Travis (Hunter); and his great grandchildren, Andy Rose, Blake Grace and Lincoln.
In lieu of the flowers the family requests memorials be made to Midway Church of Christ, 2665 Highway 49, Charlotte, TN 37036, in memory of Mr. Pilkinton. You may also leave your donations at the funeral home, and we will forward them for you.
