She was predeceased by: her brother Kenneth Wayne Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan and Zachary Sexton; her parents, Kenneth Phillips and Gladys Phillips; and her brother David Phillips (Linda). She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
