He is survived by: his mother Sherry Cynthia Waychoff; his children, Ashley Waychoff of Ohio, Brianna Waychoff (Clayton Owen) of Tennessee, Courtney Waychoff of Minnesota and Dylan Waychoff of Tennessee; his sister Michelle Green (Jason) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Mason Waychoff, Caiden Owen, Aubrielle Owen and William Spjut; and his nephew Gabriel Green.
