He is survived by: his wife Teresa Jackson Fonseca of Charlotte, TN; his mother Rose Marie Fonseca; his stepparents, Bill Lewis and Lavina; his stepsons, Jason Chamberlain of Charlotte and Todd Hill; his daughters, Holly Fonseca and Madison Fonseca; his brother James Fonseca of Chattanooga, TN; his brother-in-law Don Jackson (Delores); his sister Nancy Price of Oregon; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Zarth (John) of Pleasant View and June Gibson of Vanleer, TN; his stepgrandchild Colton Chamberlain Logan; and his father Ron Fonseca. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
