She was predeceased by: her parents, Burns Smith and Ruth Smith (Sesler); and her siblings, Shirley Travis, J. B., Tracy and Dean Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Mayfield of Charlotte, TN.; her children, Lan Spicer (Sandy) of Charlotte, TN, Jennifer Durham (Mark) of Charlotte, TN and Jessica Mayfield of Charlotte, TN.; her brother Larry Smith (Beverly) of Charlotte, TN.; her grandchildren, Cayley Smith (Weston) of Loretto, TN, Colton Durham of Charlotte, TN and Landon Spicer of Charlotte, TN; and her great grandchild Waylon Smith of Loretto, TN. She is also survived by Her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spann Funeral Home (1961 Hwy 48 N, Dickson, TN 37055). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at the Jackson Chapel Cemetery (2945 TN-49, Charlotte, TN 37036).
