She is survived by: her husband Mike Mayfield of Charlotte, TN.; her children, Lan Spicer (Sandy) of Charlotte, TN, Jennifer Durham (Mark) of Charlotte, TN and Jessica Mayfield of Charlotte, TN.; her brother Larry Smith (Beverly) of Charlotte, TN; her grandchildren, Cayley Smith (Weston) of Loretto, TN, Colton Durham of Charlotte, TN and Landon Spicer of Charlotte, TN; and her great grandchild Waylon Smith of Loretto, TN. She is also survived by Her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandson.
