Norris (Charlotte, Tennessee), born in Dawson Springs, Kentucky, who passed away on March 31, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Miller and Guy Henry Norris; and his daughters, Patricia Diane and Jean Marie. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Parrish Norris; his son Donald; and his grandchildren, Logan, Katie and Alex.

In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that a silent prayer might be said in his name.
