He was predeceased by: his mother Margie May. He is survived by: his father Willam S. Wagner; his daughter Jessica Mrubi; his sisters, Donna Helton (Kevin) and Dorrie Braden (Donald); and his grandchildren, Nyasha Mrubi and Samara Mrubi.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bills' funeral expenses, in care of Boyd Funeral Home.
