He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mason and Frankie Gregson Mason; his wife Peggy Mason; and his brother Robert Mason. He is survived by: his children, John Mason (Jennifer), Jennifer Pace (Chuck), Maggie Mason, Katie Mason and Laura Evans (David); his grandchildren, Meredith Landon (Jess), Hank Edison, Logan Edison, Mason Evans, Lena Mason and Laura Mason; and his great grandchildren, Tucker and Bryce Landon.
