He was predeceased by: his son Ken; his parent Tennie Mai Harris Nicholson; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Laura Frances Burnette Nicholson; and his siblings, Donnie Nicholson (Linda), Dot Dowlen, Pat Rippetoe and Jill Harden (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
