He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Kent and Reba Kent; his wife Kimberly Kent; and his brother Alan Kent. He is survived by: his sisters, Annette Kent, Claudia Kent Whitaker (Lori Brown), Kelly Burns (Michael) and Kristi Brown; and his nieces and nephews, Whitney Whitaker Mahan (Bryan), Dr. Austin Whitaker (Rachel) and Chase Fehland.
