He is survived by: his mother Marie Foster of Rockvale, TN; his children, Jennifer Walls (Quinton) of Bell Buckle, TN, Maxie Bush of Rockvale, TN and Stephen DeMay of Rockvale; his brother John Bush (Jacqueline) of Rockvale, TN; his grandchildren, Calleigh, Buddy, Jaxon and Amelia Walls; his niece Samantha Lippincott (Jamie); and his nephew Vincent Bush.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made towards Mr. Bush's funeral expenses.
