He was predeceased by: his son David Gower Gentry; his grandparents, Doug Gentry and Jerry Hicks; and his close friend Jean Chrisman. He is survived by: his son Ryder Gentry of Lewisburg, TN; his parents, Trina Whaley of Columbia, TN and Tony Gentry of Chapel Hill, TN; his brothers, Zach Gentry (Mary) of Brentwood, TN and Trevor Gentry (Kimberly) of Smyrna, TN; his grandparents, Connie Howard (David Ray) of Belfast, TN, Lewis Howard of Chapel Hill, TN and Mary Hicks of Chapel Hill, TN; his nephew Ward Gentry of Brentwood, TN; and his stepsisters, Cortney Perry and Chelsea Erdman. He is also survived by his many, many friends.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Trent's son, Grayson Ryder Gentry at any First Commerce Bank.
