He is survived by: his wife Tammie Lynn Johnson of Chapel Hill, TN; his children, Catlyn Jones (Jamison) of Chapel Hill, TN and Trevor Johnson of Oak Park, IL; his siblings, Tina Sheppard of Eagan, MN, Penny Robinson of Cedarburg, WI, Crystal Miller of Eau Claire, WI and Ted Johnson of Eau Claire, WI; and his grandchildren, Forrest, Silas Jones, Flag', Tammie Johnson, Thank and Laurie.
