He is survived by: his mother Bernadine Hainsworth Miller of Crete, IL.; his wife Patricia Miller of Chapel Hill, TN; his children, Thomas J. Miller and Kristi L. Miller; and his siblings, Joseph Miller of Chicago, IL and Kathy Powell.
