He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Laffey Oliver and Lillian Mae Key Oliver; and his wife Charlene Winfred Rowland-Oliver. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Marlene Cooper (Barry) of Chapel Hill, TN and Johnny Rowland of Chapel Hill, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A Private Graveside service will be conducted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
