It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sammy Arnold Young of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, born in Lapeer, Michigan, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Young and Elaine Herman Young; his son Brian Young; and his brothers, Glenn and Robert Young.
He is survived by: his wife Fay Young of Chapel Hill, TN; his daughters, Sandy Casteel of Columbia, TN, Jennifer Ortega of Shelbyville, TN and Laura Adams of Lewisburg, TN; and his siblings, Diane Hermann of Davison, MI and Larry Young of Frederic, MI. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
