She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Scott and Hannah Sue Lunn Scott; her husband Frank Morris "Buddy" Sweeney, Jr.; and her siblings, Sara Tucker, Faye Lamb and Kelly Lunn.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Sweeney (Beth) of Chapel Hill, TN, Randy Sweeney (Shelia) of Chapel Hill, TN, Kenny Sweeney of Chapel Hill, TN, Jerry Sweeney (Connie) of Chapel Hill, TN and Bobby Sweeney (Teresa) of Chapel Hill, TN; her sisters, Madge Tomlin Trisdale of Hendersonville, TN and Alice Harris of Lewisburg, TN; and her grandchildren, Ed Sweeney (Missy), Jill Sweeney, John Sweeney, Ryan Sweeney (Vanessa), Amanda Robinson (Jared), Lauren Callaway (Craig), Brittany Knight (Kendall) and Megan Shultz (Coy). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
