He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Roberts Whaley; his daughter Brenda Phifer (Roger); his grandchildren, Micah Phifer (Amber) and Hannah McKnight (Dylan); his great grandchildren, Micah Phifer, Jr. and Silas Phifer; his siblings, Macie Russell, Jenny Jett of Lewisburg, TN, Kathy Davis (Eulis) of Lewisburg, TN, Audrie Adams (Mike) of Lewisburg, TN, Ceretha Pardee (Daryl), Nancy Darnell (Chuck) of Eagleville, TN, Milton Whaley, Jessie Whaley (Shirley), Calvin Whaley (Mitzi) and Wheel Comm; and his sister-in-law Judy Whaley.
