It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald N. Schmidt of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnum Edgar and Elinor Anna Streng Schmidt. He is survived by: his son Dean Schmidt (LouAnn); his brother Arnum Schmidt (Leslie) of Savannah, GA; his granddaughter Ashley McBride (Rob); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Dillon and Abby McBride; and his nieces, Sharon Robinson (Jody) of Pooler, GA, Susan Mullins and Nancy Holland (Steven).
