He is survived by: his wife Becky Haggard Todd of Chapel Hill, TN; his stepson Chris Haggard of Thompson Station, TN; his mother-in-law Connie Haggard of Chapel Hill, TN; his sister-in-law Laura Haggard of Chapel Hill, TN; and his brothers, Currahee, Al Swart (Karen), Wes Burr, Bill Wilson (Shari), Robert McDade, Don Hurkey (Sharon), Skip Broome (Lisa) and Doc Terry.
