He was predeceased by: his parents, James Andrew and Geraldine Murphy Duvall; and his wife Nancy "Nan" Sweeney Duvall. He is survived by: his children, Charles Aaron Duvall (Angel) of Chapel Hill, TN and Mindy Barton (Dustin) of Chapel Hill, TN; his siblings, Kathy Cohen of Pensacola, FL, Deb Blackwell of Chapel Hill, TN, Danny Duvall of Lewisburg, TN, Mike Duvall (Mitzi) and Rally Hill Comm; and his grandchildren, Austin Haley Duvall, Akin Lee Duvall, Alyssa Mae Duvall and Ryan William Barton.
