She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Peer and Barbara Peer; her former husband Steve Simpson; and her husband John Prine. She is survived by: her siblings, Cynthia Peer Green (Eddie) and Ryan Rex Peer. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew; and a loving cousin.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Potter's Hand Ministry, 5230 Nashville Hwy., Chapel Hill, TN 37034.
