He is survived by: his stepfather Dexter Phillips; his son Bill; his caregivers, Jeff, Virginia and Adam; his children, David (Susan Roberts), Mary (Brian Wahl) and Alice (Gary Adams); his grandchildren, Bennett, Calli (Chris Smith), Maggie (Grant Rucker), Lauren, Hudson, Rush and Emma; and his cousin Mark Bennett Murray.
