He was predeceased by: his pet Charlie Murphy. He is survived by: his parents, Marty Berry Gassaway and Geraldine Andrews Gassaway; his daughter Serenity "Reny" Gassaway; his sister Misty Gassaway Blade; his nephew Jake Townsend; and his pet Billy Jack.
