She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Edward Jackson and Annie Lee Hartley Jackson; her husband William "Bill" Hazelwood; her daughter Donna Hazelwood Crabtree; her grandson Zachary Crabtree; and her sisters, Pearl Jackson, Emilie Eley and Mary Jane Allen.
She is survived by: her son Jackie Hazelwood (Valerie); her grandchildren, Brad Beard (Heather) of Wartrace, TN, Chad Beard of Chapel Hill, TN, Ashley Kimball (Cody) of Chapel Hill, TN, Will Hazelwood (Onah) of Lewisburg, TN and Rebecca Crabtree of Columbia, TN; her great grandchildren, Anne Marie Beard, Harlee Anne Beard, Cole Kimball, Luke Kimball and Wyatt Beard; and her close friends, Dr. Ross and Krystal Dawkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
