She is survived by: her husband Kevin Mackenzie of Chapel Hill, TN; her children, Robert Mackenzie (Audra) of Chapel Hill, TN and Sarah Leverette (Corey) of Lewisburg, TN; her sister Shelley Gurda of Murfreesboro, TN; and her grandchildren, Lydia Alexis Mackenzie and Josiah Randale Leverette.
