He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Woodrow Haggard and Mary Elizabeth Matthews Haggard; and his daughter Karyn Jo Haggard. He is survived by: his wife Connie Jo Lorimer Haggard of Chapel Hill, TN; his daughters, Susan Anne Hughes of Unionville, TN, Laura Beth Haggard of Chapel Hill, TN and Becky Todd (Ron) of Chapel Hill, TN; his grandson Christian Edward Haggard (Mariah) of Lynchburg, TN; and his brothers, David Barry Haggard of Rockwood, TN and Daniel Lee Haggard of Powell, TN.
Due to the Coronavirus health crisis, there will be no public visitation.
