He is survived by: his children, Robert Mackenzie (Audra) of Chapel Hill, TN, Sarah Leverette (Corey) and Diane Williams (Jon) of Lewisberry, PA; his mother Ida Mackenzie of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Lydia Alexis Mackenzie, Josiah Randale Leverette, Summit Grace Williams and Sophia Maria Williams; and his siblings, Barry Mackenzie, Dani Mackenzie, Kerri Mackenzie, Jay Mackenzie and Mary Eastman.
