He was predeceased by: his father Grady Pack. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cantrell Pack of Chapel Hill; his children, Terry Pack of Chapel Hill, Nikki Lohorn (Jason) of Liberty and Adam Pack (Amy) of Eagleville; his grandchildren, Paige McDowell (Bryan) of Cincinnati, Ally Mobley (Austin) of Blue Ash, Hannah Lohorn of Liberty, Asher of Eagleville, August of Eagleville and Adalyn Pack of Eagleville; his great grandchild Colton McDowell of Cincinnati; his brothers, Donnie Pack of Florida, Jerry Pack (Teresa) of Livingston and Mike Pack of Cookeville; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Scott (Charles) of Lebanon and Charles Cantrell (Betty) of Smithville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
