He was predeceased by: his parent Leslie Thomas Riggs. He is survived by: his mother Lynda Faye Riggs (Emerson) of Holts Corner, TN; his sister Vicki Bradfield (David) of Knoxville, TN; his nephew Matthew Bradfield of Knoxville, TN; his niece Abigail Bradfield of Knoxville, TN; his aunts, Gale Ward and Joan Bivens; and his uncle Al Emerson.
