He was predeceased by: his parents, John Marshall and Janie McElhaney Collins; and his former wife Laurece Burgett Collins. He is survived by: his wife Daisy Collins; his daughter Sharon Collins Norris; and his grandson Joe Norris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
