She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster L. Burnette and Annie Lucille Mays Burnette; and her sister Nancy Long. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Summers of Georgia, Randy Summers (Debbie) of Georgia, Ricky Summers (Shelli) of Georgia, Robin Summers Maxwell of Chapel Hill, TN and Renee Summers Ferguson (Gene) of Chapel Hill, TN; and her niece Roxanne Pruitt. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
