He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Neatherly and Blanche Shires Neatherly; and his sisters, Charlene Brown, Rozell Harris and Elaine Billington.
He is survived by: his niece Kay Elliott of Spring Hill, TN; and his nephews, Ronny Brown (Peggy) of Spring Hill, TN, Larry Billington (Janie) of Spring Hill, TN and Ricky Harris (Mary Charles) of Columbia, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
