She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Elmer and Evelyn Marie Fann Brock; her husband Robert Cook; her brothers, Charles Brock and Reeve "Bobo" Brock; and her nephew David Brock.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sylvia Bourland of Dalton, GA, Linda Arthur, Annette Montville, Avis Sheppard (Phil), Nila Baxter (Terry), Willard "Buddy" Brock (Treva) of Chapel Hill, TN, Allen Brock (Patsy) and Wheel Comm. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
