She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Johnson Moutray and Mary Bradley Moutray; her husband Charles Hayden; and her siblings, William Moutray, Kenneth Moutray, Elsie Sayge and Velma Lashbrook.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Hayden of Chapel Hill and Terry Hayden of Mounte Carmel, IL; her grandsons, Jason Hayden and Jeremy Hayden (Shannon); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Avery, Trevor, Levi, Brayden, Keegan and Savannah; and her friend Gail Ash. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
