He is survived by: his wife Kathy Moore Townsend of Chapel Hill, TN; his children, Zachary Keith Townsend (Marsha) of Chapel Hill, TN, Michael Anthony Burrow (Monica Moore) of Memphis, TN and Tracy Rena Townsend of Chapel Hill, TN; his grandchildren, Jake Townsend, Bailey and Berkley Allen; and his brother Ronald Lee Townsend of Manchester, TN.
