He was predeceased by: his parents, David Pruitt and Myrtle Elaine Chilcutt Brake; his sister Patty Jo Welch; and his friend Hoyte Haskins. He is survived by: his son-in-law Barry; his wife Sarah Brake of Chapel Hill, TN; his daughters, Cynthia Mangrum (Barry) of Pegram, TN, Sabrina Wells (Michael) of Cookeville, TN, Monica Miller (Tracy) of Brentwood, TN and Marcella Rosecrans (James) of Chapel Hill, TN; his grandchildren, Olivia Rosecrans, Dalton Rosecrans and Henry Miller; and his siblings, Loretta DeLozier of Pleasant Shade, TN, Rebecca Brock of Murfreesboro, TN and Gary Brake (Glenda) of Burns, TN..
