She was predeceased by: her father Rufus Lee Whaley. She is survived by: her husband Roger Phifer; her children, Micah Phifer (Amber), Farmington Comm and Hannah McKnight (Dylan) of Lewisburg, TN; her mother Evelyn Whaley (Farmington Comm); and her grandchildren, Micah Phifer, Jr., Silas Phifer and Stetson McKnight.
