He is survived by: his parent Rachel McConnelle Johns; his wife Maxine Johns; his children, Brent Johns (Robin) of Chapel Hill, TN, Jan Johns Quinton (Neil) and Thompson; his brother David Johns (Quindal); and his grandchildren, Neely, Thomas, Logan Johns, Claire Quinton and Max Quinton.
