She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert and Myrtle Childress Blalock; her husband John David Gilliam; and her brothers, Travis Blalock and Wayne Blalock.
She is survived by: her sons, John David Gilliam, Jr. (Betty) and Bobby Gilliam (Linda); her siblings, Norma Brown, Barbara Ann Bradford, Billy Blalock (Carol) of Gallatin, TN and Danny Blalock; and her grandchildren, Angie Daugherty (Vann), Emily Mimbs (Jeff), Bengi Gilliam (Kim), Carrie Thrasher (Chris), Chad Gilliam (Amanda), Chunn, Bill, Kay Weldy, Lynn, Jerry Snead, Bobbie Ann Lovett and Jimmy Gentry. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
