She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Manuel and Irma Rosa; her husband Bart Tobin; her daughter Frances Acosta-Grad; her siblings, Elba, Sally, Victor, Charlie and Eddie; and the father of her children Anthony Acosta.
She is survived by: her children, Loretta Russell (Bill) of New Paltz, NY, Antoinette Acosta (Bill Stott) of Chapel Hill, TN and Anthony Acosta (Heather) of Kingsport, TN; her sister Sylvia Coccanga (Craig Kugler) of Show Low, AZ; and her stepdaughters, Debbie Tobin of Montgomery, NY and Donna Tobin. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
