He is survived by: his wife Grace Carolyn King; his children, Debbie Atkinson of Lyles, Jim Herbison of Lyles and Gary Herbison (Carla) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Amy Gossett (Adam) of Lyles, Lucas Atkinson (Antonia) of Columbia, Jennifer Stoops (Jay) of Columbia, Thomas Herbison of Centerville, Rachel McCaleb of Lyles and Mattie Herbison of Murfreesboro; his great grandchildren, Aiden Gossett and Addison Gossett; and his sister-in-law Ruth Herbison.
