She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Harvill and Hazel Baker Harvill. She is survived by: her husband Darryl Qualls; her daughters, Katie Qualls and Jessica Tidwell (Dustin); and her aunt Dorothy Baker. She is also survived by nephew and niece.
